The MFD35C Series SCSI flash drive is a solid state / non-volatile data storage device based on Single-Level Cell (SLC) NAND Flash Technology optimized for fixed drive applications. With capacities up to 16GB, the MFD35C series can support sustained data transfer rates of up to 45MB/sec (read) and 35MB/sec (write).
Ideal for applications requiring high environmental tolerances such as automated teller machines, factory automation equipment, POS terminals, measurement instrumentations, vending machines, parking systems, W-CDMA base stations, broadcasting facilities, RAID systems, COTs and etc.
