Q. How do I return an item?
A. You will need a RMA number for returns. Please fill out the Contact Form to request for a RMA number.
Please include in your email:
- Name, address, company name and contact information.
- Purchase order number or invoice number.
- A detailed explanation of the problem(s) you are experiencing.
*Failure to include any of the above information will delay the request process.
**Returns for items that are not due to malfunction, manufacturer defect, or an error on Hagiwara Sys-Com's part will be subject to a 20% reformatting and restocking fee. Mistaken orders placed will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Q. Evaluations and System Qualifications for Embedded Products only.
A. Please fill out the Contact Form to request for an evaluation/system qualification device.
Please include in your email:
- Name, address, company name and contact information.
- Company buyer/purchaser name and contact information.
- The proposed application for this device.
- Brief overview of the project schedule (development, testing, prototyping and mass production).
- Are you conducting, if any, destructive testing that may damage the device?
*We do not offer "free" samples, the evaluation/system qualification device(s) are on "loan" to you for 45 days.
After 60 days, we will require payment in full for the device(s). |
