The DMP40 series IDE flash drive is a solid state / non-volatile data storage device based on Single-Level Cell (SLC) NAND Flash Technology. With capacities up to 4GB, the DMP40 series can support PIO mode-6, Multiword DMA mode-2 and Ultra DMA mode-4 with a sustained data transfer rate of up to 25MB/sec (read) and 11.5 MB/sec (write).
The DMP40 series incorporates S.M.A.R.T. Command capabilities [drive health management tool] - providing realtime software-based monitoring of remaining spare block counts and write/erase cycle counts.
Advanced security features such as; Read-Only Zoning (Write Protection) of up to 8 different areas and Password-based Drive Access protection are also included.
