RFD series Description |
The RFD series flash drive is a solid state / non-volatile data storage device based on Multi-Level Cell (MLC) NAND Flash Technology and the Hagiwara proprietary TrueSSD® controller. With capacities up to 128GB, the RFD series is available in both PATA and SATA interfaces.
The RFD series incorporates several features to enhance speed, reliability and security.
