MFD35P series Description Specifications PDF

The MFD35P Series IDE flash drive is a solid state / non-volatile data storage device based on Single-Level Cell (SLC) NAND Flash Technology optimized for fixed drive applications. With capacities up to 16GB, the MFD35P series can support PIO mode-6, Multiword DMA mode-2 and Ultra DMA mode-4 with a sustained data transfer rate of up to 45MB/sec (read) and 35MB/sec (write).

The MFD35P Series incorporates S.M.A.R.T. Command capabilities [drive health management tool] - providing realtime software-based monitoring of remaining spare block counts and write/erase cycle counts.

Advanced security features such as; Read-Only Zoning (Write Protection) of up to 8 different areas and Password-based Drive Access protection are also included.

Ideal for applications requiring high environmental tolerances such as automated teller machines, factory automation equipment, POS terminals, measurement instrumentations, vending machines, parking systems, W-CDMA base stations, broadcasting facilities, RAID systems, COTs and etc.
