The SAT25 Series Serial ATA flash drive is a solid state / non-volatile data storage device based on Single-Level Cell (SLC) NAND Flash Technology. With capacities up to 8GB, the SAT25 series can support sustained data transfer rates of up to 25MB/sec (read) and 15 MB/sec (write).

The SAT25 Series incorporates S.M.A.R.T. Command capabilities [drive health management tool] - providing realtime software-based monitoring of remaining spare block counts and write/erase cycle counts.

Advanced security features such as Password-based Drive Access protection are also included.
