Q. How do I return an item?
A. You will need a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for returns. Please contact HSC to request for a RMA number.
Returns for items that are not due to malfunction, manufacturer defect, or an error on Hagiwara Sys-Com's part will be subject to a 20% reformatting and restocking fee. Mistaken orders placed will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
